Crossing Place is a Living-Learning Environment, made especially for students!

We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at Texas A&M University or Blinn College. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. At Crossing Place, we want to help support their productivity by giving them a fully equipped computer lab and individual study rooms at their fingertips. We want to keep them healthy with a state-of-the-art fitness center, beach sand volleyball court and basketball court. We also want to help them relax by giving them a resort style pool for lounging. Crossing Place meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Crossing Place for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Crossing Place is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Professional Staff

Crossing Place has a full Community Assistant staff that lives on-site and is able to help your student. The front desk at Crossing Place is open seven days a week so that your student can fill out maintenance requests, pick up packages, and get any other needs met anytime they come up. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Crossing Place offers 24 hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student’s comfort is not affected.

Affordable Floor Plans

Crossing Place offers an open concept four bedroom, two bathroom floor plan. Each bedroom comes individually keyed for added privacy. Your students rent includes water, sewer, trash, cable with HBO, high-speed Ethernet, furniture, access to Crossing Place amenities, and so much more!

Fully Furnished

Crossing Place is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, and a dresser in their bedroom. Each bed is lofted 18 inches off the ground for added storage. In the spacious living area, they will have a comfortable sofa, oversized chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, and dining room table and chairs. Each unit comes fully stocked with all major appliances and an in-room washer and dryer.

Roommate Matching

If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one! We will have them fill out a Roommate Matching sheet so we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we will spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At Crossing Place, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our Community Assistant staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to karaoke nights, from resume building classes to football tournaments. Crossing Place is known for its tight knit community. We are the smallest apartment complex in College Station, which means we know your student as a person, not a number. Our resident events include study breaks during finals, pizza parties, bounce houses, broomball and much more. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at Texas A&M University and Blinn College so they don’t miss anything!
